The Amazing Gingerbread Lambeau Field

Even though the Packers came up short for a championship this year, Lambeau Field was a winner at the Kohler Foundation's annual Gingerbread Festival at Waelderhaus. Click here to see a larger version of the photo.

To take the top spot in the Grades 3-5 category, fourth grade students in Mrs. LaDuke's class at Kohler Elementary School in Kohler, WI hand-constructed the iconic stadium with edible items down to the tiniest detail, including jelly beans parked in the lot.

Throughout the holidays, more than 6,300 visitors to Kohler's historic Waelderhaus voted on gingerbread creations made by local students, preschool through high school. Each entry had to abide by one essential rule: every element must be edible.
