Ingredients
- 1 - (18.5 oz.) pkg. German Chocolate Cake mix.
- 2/4 cup melted butter.
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 6oz. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 50 caramels
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
Preparation
- Mix together cake mix, melted butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
- Spread half of this in a lightly greased 9/13 baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for six minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top of the partially baked cake mixture.
- Melt the caramels with the remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk and drizzle over chocolate chips and nuts.
- Crumble and pat the remaining cake mixture on top.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Cut when cool. Enjoy!
