Wisconsin Brat Scramble

Easy and fast meal for early AM tailgates, hunt camp, or just because you're hungry.


- Eggs (enough to feed to the team)
- Brats - sliced (leftovers from game day works best especially if soaked in beer)
- Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Milk
- Seasonings


- beat eggs, add seasonings and milk as you would for plain scrambled eggs.
- Pour into heated, greased skillet and Add sliced brats.
- Cook until mixture is done to your liking.
- Dish up and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Serve with toast, muffin, leftover bun, or your favorite donut.
