Ingredients
- 1 8oz softened low fat cream cheese
- 1 envelope Taco Seasoning
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1lb. browned lean ground beef
- 16 oz. shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Preparation
- Put cream cheese in bottom of a square pan.
- Mix soup and taco seasoning together with ground beef.
- Pour on top of cream cheese.
- Add shredded cheese.
- Bake at 300 for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with whole grain scoops.
