Spiced Pecans

Ingredients

- 1 pound Pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbs water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup margarine

Preparation

- Whip egg white until frothy.  Add water, sugar and cinnamon. 
- In a 9 x 12 cake pan, melt the margarine.  Pour pecans in egg mixture, stir well, then pour into pan. 
- Bake at 250 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 min.
