- 1lb. Swiss cheese
- 5 pkgs. Carl Budding corned beef lunch meat
- 1 8oz. bottle of Thousand Island dressing
- 1 bag of sauerkraut
- Cube up the Swiss cheese, cut up the corned beef, and drain the sauerkraut as much as possible.
- Combine all these together in a Crock Pot.
- Pour the dressing over it.
- Cook on low heat until cheese is melted stirring occasionally.
- Serve with cocktail rye bread.
