Packers Pork Candy

- 1 package bacon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper


- Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Line a rimmed baking sheet with tin foil and top with a cooling rack (like you use to cool cookies).  Spray rack with nonstick spray. 
- Mix brown sugar and cayenne pepper.  Cut bacon pieces in half. Dip bacon slices in the sugar/pepper mixture and roll up.  Place seam-side down on the cooling rack.
- Bake 15 minutes, then check for doneness. May need 5 minutes more.  Serve warm or at room temperature.
