Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 lb gound chuck beef
- 1 can (28 oz) tomatos undrained
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 2 cans (1lb) kidney beans undrained
- 1 med. green pepper, finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons minced onions (or fresh chopped)
- 2 tblsp chili powder
- 2 tsp salt
Preparation
- Brown gound beef in skillet.
- Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high til it boils. Then Let simmer on “low” for 6 hours.
- Add other ingredients as desired. ie: hot peppers, red/yellow bell peppers, extra onions, etc! Yum, yum!
