- 1 green pepper and 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 4 Tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Mix this all together and allow to marinate for 2 hours, stirring a few times.
- Drain off liquid and add to 2-8oz. pkgs. cream cheese and chill.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
