Lime Crumb Dessert

Ingredients

- 1 6 oz. lime jello
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 cups graham crackers
- 2 12 oz. cans cold evaporated milk
- 9 x 13 pan.
- lemon rind or yellow sprinkles (optional)

Preparation

- Dissolve 1, 6 oz. lime jello in 2 cups boiling water.
- Add 1 cup sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt. Dissolve.
- Add 1/3 cup lemon juice. Stir.
- Chill until cool and slightly thickened. Meanwhile, stir 1/3 cup melted butter with 2 cups graham crackers and press in a 9 x 13 pan.
- To the chilled mixture, add 2, 12 oz. cans cold evaporated milk.
- Whip with a mixer until fluffy.
- Carefully, spoon or pour into the crust. You may sprinkle lemon rind or yellow sprinkles on top. Go Pack!
