Green and Gold Pepper Dip

Ingredients

- 1 large green pepper chopped
- 1 large yellow pepper chopped
- 1 med onion chopped fine

For the Marinade
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 T. sugar

Preparation

- Marinate peppers and onions at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Drain some of marinade off.
- Add 2-8 oz pkgs softened cream cheese.
- Serve with crackers or bagels.
