- 1 lb sirloin cut in cubes defatted
- 1/2 lb ground round
- Brown above and set aside. Save juice.
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 1/2 cup canned tomatoes
- 1/2 cup celery
- Saute and set aside
- 5 cans beef bouillon
- Optional: 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tbs all season
- 1/2 tbs garlic salt
- Simmer all ingredients together.
- Thicken with corn starch 20 minutes before serving.
