Fitz’s Sausage

Ingredients

- 2 packages of brauts
- 4 bottles of New Castle Brown Ale
- 1 sweet onion

Preparation

- Chop onions and place in pot with beer and brauts.
- Boil till cooked then place on BBQ to brown the brauts.
- Simmer back in the pot of beer and onions until ready to serve. Doesn’t look the prettiest, but your taste buds will recognize the true beauty!
