Ingredients
- 1 lb cottage cheese small curd
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 small lemons
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients minus the raisins.
- At bottom of pie crust put 1/2 cup raisins and zest (grated) lemon rind from one small lemon.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
