Can be made in advance and kept refrigerated or frozen. Serve with chips or warm corn tortillas. Serves 12.
Ingredients
- 1 2lb pkg Velveta cheese cubed
- 6 slices cooked bacon cut into small pieces
- 1 12 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
- 5 sm. cans chopped green chiles, partially drained
Preparation
- Brown bacon in large skillet and drain off fat.
- Add the chiles and warm over low heat.
- Gradually add cheese cubes.
- After cheese is melted, add bacon and drained tomatoes.
