- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4-6 Green Chilis
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 2 lb. box of Velveeta cheese
- Sautee chilis and onion in olive oil.
- Add evaporated milk and cheese.
- Stir occasionally until all the cheese has melted.
- Serve with tortilla chips :-)!
