Ingredients
- 1 large green pepper and 1 large red pepper
- 1 can of Frank’s kraut
- 1 can of beer
- 10 bratwurst
Preparation
- In a large roasting pan, chop up 1 large green pepper and 1 large red pepper.
- Add 1 can of Frank’s kraut, 1 can of beer, and 10 bratwurst.
- Roast in an oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve in buns with ketchup and mustard and additional kraut.
